Clear terms for deposits, packing, insurance and delivery, so there are no surprises.
Shipping to the studio
Pack your models securely so they cannot move or rub together, and use a tracked shipping service with insurance. Send me the tracking number so I can watch for the parcel. You are responsible for shipping and insurance to the studio.
Return shipping
Finished models are carefully packed and shipped back with tracking and insurance. Return shipping cost is included in your quote.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is due after you accept the quote. It secures your place in the studio schedule and begins the custom process.
Balance due before shipping
The remaining balance is due after you approve the final photos and before the models are packed and shipped.
Accepted payment methods
Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice. Payments are handled securely.
Turnaround and delays
Your quote includes an estimated timeline. If anything affects the schedule, I will tell you promptly and give an updated date.
Damage claims
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the models. Insured shipments allow a claim to be filed with the carrier.
