Review the quote and accept it, or ask for changes to scope, quality level or add-ons.

A 50% deposit secures your place in the studio schedule and begins the custom process.

You receive a specification sheet to confirm colors, basing theme, references and project scope.

Your project is placed in the studio queue with a confirmed start window.

Your miniatures are hand-painted in the studio using premium materials and careful craftsmanship.

I send progress photos so you can follow along and stay connected as the work comes together.

Every piece gets a thorough quality check for finish, detail and overall consistency.

Studio photography captures your finished work in detail. You review it and approve before anything ships.

The remaining balance is settled securely before packing and shipping.

Your miniatures are carefully packed and shipped with tracking and insurance.
